Enertopia Emirates
For the Enertopia Emirates project, we conducted an architecture competition together with EGS-plan Stuttgart. The aim of the competition was to demonstrate the possibilities of deploying renewable energies in a smart way under extreme climatic conditions, using a building in the United Arab Emirates as an example. Architect Günter Schleiff from HHS Planer + Architekten won by designing a building that can be operated with 100 percent renewable energies without curtailing comfort.
